Awful experience!!!
What I just received..JUST FYI.THAT is .. SCARY ...FORWARDED:
Dear Friends,Dietmar and I decided to have an afternoon coffee, I rushed down to Highlands Coffee to grab a cake. After slicing a cake we found a small baby creature inside...see it yourself. What else can we do after feeling disgusted???? we look for an answer. Staff were shocked and disgusted themselves but helpless. We demanded to see the Manager, but of course its Sunday and nowhere to be found. Staff started to contact someone from other Highland Coffee branches in HCMC, we waited for 15 minutes to meet a young responsible man who claimed he is in charge and promised to take immediate action.It was an awful experience !!!! ... but still I want to inform you to warn you about eating at Highland's Coffee. Look at the fotos!!! These fotos were taken 30 minutes ago and my lovely husband is on it... its a real story!!!
